Willow’s Touch came to Vivian Mac in a vivid dream, where she saw a willow tree with leaves gently swaying over pastel blue water. She felt the peace emanating from this impressionistic scene, saw a beautiful tincture bottle, and then heard “willow’s touch” before waking up. That dream was her inner knowing of what is to come through connecting with plants.
Since the catalyst of that dream, Vivian completed the Spiritual Herbalism Apprenticeship with Karen Rose and launched Willow’s Touch. Her work has been featured in LIVEKINDLY, The Independent, and conferences such as: Plant Spirit Herbalism Summit, Sacred Vibes Spiritual Herbalism Conference, GreenThumb GrowTogether Conference, and the Conference on Spiritual Technology.
Her healing and learning journey with herbs led her to the world of astrology and Chinese medicine.
She graduated from the natal and transits/predictive astrology mentorships with Oak Astrology School, studied medical astrology with Kira Sutherland, and currently studies with Austin Coppock (traditional astrology) and Susanna Lowbeer (Chinese astrology/bazi).
Vivian completed her Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, and is currently finishing her Doctorate in Acupuncture at the New England School of Acupuncture. At the heart of it all, her learning continues to be inspired by her spiritual and family/ancestral connection to plants.
Through Willow’s Touch, Vivian’s purpose is to support you in following your dreams and diving deep into your healing, so that you can take inspired action.
She believes that herbalism and astrology are empowering modalities to support inner and outer transformation, for the benefit for self, community, and the Earth.
Vivian is based in New York City and New Jersey, the indigenous land of the Lenape, where she offers healing services in-person and virtually.
