2025 Sacred Vibes Spiritual Herbalism Conference: A Healer in Every Home

The Sacred Vibes Annual Spiritual Herbalism conference currently in its' 7th year is an intersectional gathering for herbalism, spirituality, and the global community of healing practitioners. This year, we are hosting a three-day event virtually and in person—the Historic Weeksville Heritage Center in Brooklyn, NY, is our host for the Conference's exciting in-person event.

This year's theme, A Healer in Every Home, is incredible special to us! This year we explore what it means to feel at home, be healed at home, a crafter and a healer in your home. It will be a weekend of soul-filling community presence, deeply inspiring workshops and guest speaker talks by teacher committed to taking an intentional step towards creating more safety in our homes.

This year's conference will be an opportunity to further this work, uplifting our traditional practices of healing while reconnecting folks to the power of plant medicine and providing a space for practicing BIPOC herbalists and healing practitioners to convene.

Kelly Pacumio and Vivian Mac will return to teach a workshop on Saturday, October 5th virtually on Healing through the Houses: Astrology & Herbs for Being the Healer of Your Home. Click here to register.

Conference on Spiritual Technology

to Dec 19

Conference on Spiritual Technology

Can technology be spiritual? We all use technology to some degree. Whether it’s our phones, the cars we drive or the glasses that help us see more clearly, technology provides an ease of access to what we want in life. Spiritual technology does the same, in ways that seem unconventional to our modern way of thinking, but are organic in nature using ancient tools and methods.

Over the course of 3 days we will unpack various forms of spiritual technology including medicine making, divination, tarot and more; with practitioners who have studied and applied their craft with an understanding of the history and care required to be in balance and effective.

I will be speaking on spiritual herbalism, Chinese medicine, and ancestral wisdom. Join me and other speakers for this virtual event! Click here to register.

Nourishing Our Creative Fire: 4th Annual Spiritual Herbalism Conference

I will be teaching a workshop with Kelly Pacumio, on “Nourish Your Creative Elements with Astrology and Herbs” at the 4th Annual Sacred Vibes Spiritual Herbalism Conference on October 9th at 11am ET.

Get tickets and see the keynotes and workshop line-up for the Oct 9-10th virtual conference HERE!

Earth, Water, Fire and Air are the elements of life. Our ancestors understood that there is a relationship with the stars, the life-giving elements, and all living beings, which is the blueprint of medicine and healing. We each contain a combination of nature’s elements within ourselves. Each element has unique characteristics that manifest as different approaches to creativity. How do these elements come together to create who we are and what we create? Which elements do we feel familiar with, and which ones less so? How can we draw upon our elemental strengths, and balance it with the elements we could use more of?

Through the lenses of astrology and herbalism, we can explore these questions for ourselves and nourish our creativity in creative ways. Like us, herbs are composed of the elements, learning about herbs through their elemental associations provide a powerful way to deepen our relationship with plants and ourselves especially when it is used alongside astrology.

In this workshop, we will be using Western Astrology and discuss how the life-giving elements of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water, when combined with herbal medicine to support each element, can be used as tools to balance the elements within ourselves and nourish our creativity.

Self Care as Community Care: Meditation & Herbalism Workshop

Self Care as Community Care: Meditation & Herbalism Workshop

Caring for others is fueled by the capacity to care for ourselves. The experience of nurturing and being compassionate to ourselves, and knowing what that looks and feels like, informs and affects how we show up in community. Self care, which can bring up reactions of shame, guilt, or unworthiness, can actually be a powerful act of resourcing ourselves so that we can resource our communities in a way that comes from a place of abundance and is aligned with our intentions.

In this interactive workshop, we explore how meditation practice and herbalism are powerful resources to nourish our intentions for self care and community care. The workshop includes talks, group discussion, meditation practice, and a herbal medicine demo. Suitable for all levels of experience.

The W.O.W Project is a community-based initiative that reinvents, preserves, and encourages Chinatown’s creative culture and history through arts, culture and activism. Located inside Wing On Wo & Co., the oldest continually-run family business in New York's Chinatown, The W.O.W Project was established by fifth-generation store owner, Mei Lum, to bring concerns of a rapidly changing Chinatown into a resident-led space for intergenerational dialogue and action. Since its inception in 2016, The W.O.W. Project has held numerous panel discussions about the role of art and social change, an annual storefront artist-in-residency program, film screenings showcasing Asian American women filmmakers, and several Chinatown storytelling open mic nights, that have reached over 1,000 residents. Our core mission is to create space for conversations to happen across language barriers and generational gaps to actively shape the future of Chinatown.
